I’m doing a little bit of a comparison study and I’m trying to find out exactly how much money the government receives on tobacco tax… anyone? anyone?

    New York Post did a break down Sunday.
    Tobacco and Profit 3.99 to company
    1.01 Federal Tax
    3.14 State Tax
    1.86 New York City Tax
    Total 10 a pack in New York City
